The African Peace Association recently organized a Peacebuilding and Conflict Resolution Training Program for emerging leaders, civil society representatives, and community peace actors.

The training introduced participants to key concepts in conflict analysis, dialogue facilitation, mediation skills, and community reconciliation strategies. Participants also engaged in practical group exercises focused on negotiation, trust building, and early conflict prevention.

This program is part of APA’s broader commitment to capacity building and leadership development, ensuring that communities and institutions have the skills needed to promote peace and social cohesion.
